Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you have the right to cancel your contract/order with us up to 14 days after receipt of your delivery. This excludes custom designs. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please provide us with notice in writing by email at [email protected]. This must be completed within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. All cancelled products must be returned to us within 14 days of your notification to cancel, upon receipt of which we will issue the refund. All refunds will be issued by the same method that the original payment was taken and within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.



All images, text and design on this website are owned by Chouchou unless otherwise noted. All brand names, product names and titles used are trademarks or trade names of Chouchou. The site may not be reproduced in any way without permission.



Our site is fully secure. We use a leading card processing company to make sure your card details are kept safe at all times.
