Terms and Conditions

Credit card transactions are handled through PayPal™ but you don't need a PayPal account to make an order - any credit or debit card will do. When you place your order you will be redirected to the secure PayPal website . You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not 100% happy with when you return it to us in perfect condition it within 14 days of receipt. If you require a refund please contact us prior to returning the package. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment minus the original postage cost. Please be aware that items must be returned with all of the labels and tags intact.

We will package your item the same day and send it the following by Royal Mail recorded 1st class delivery. Please note that delivery time for standard orders is currently 3-4 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact us via email. Deliveries to the Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive.

A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

Shipping is currently £3 per order for UK customers. Sends in the UK only. Please get in touch via email (link) if you would like to place an order with us and you are located outside the UK.
